Presentacion,
Camarines Sur ----- At about 12:05AM of January 1, 2014 at Brgy. Pagsangaan,
Presentacion, Camarines Sur a shooting incident transpired. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that on the above cited date, time and place
victim William Alde y Favor, 45 years old, married, of Brgy.
Pagsangaan, Presentacion, Camarines Sur for unknown reasons was shot on the
different parts of his body with unknown caliber of firearm by the suspect
identified as Joseph Mendez y Doe, of
legal age, resident of Brgy. Pagsangaan, Presentacion, Camarines Sur. Victim
was brought at Municipal Health Office of Presentacion but was pronounced dead
by Dr. Jhona Celaje-Ramos, MHO, Presentacion, Camarines Sur. Suspect fled to
unknown direction after the incident.: Elements of Presentacion MPS conducted
follow-up investigation and hot-pursuit operation for the possible apprehension

Stabbing Incident.:
Goa, Camarines Sur ------
At about 1:00AM of January 1, 2014 at Brgy. Payatan, Goa, Camarines Sur a
stabbing incident transpired. Initial investigation conducted by Goa PNP, disclosed
that on the above cited date, time and place victim Noel Biazon y Cerafica, 47
years old, married, of Brgy. Payatan, Goa, Camarines Sur went outside their
house, suspect Boboy Caro y Doe, of
legal age, single, Brgy. Payatan, Goa, Camarines Sur came near to the victim
and for unknown reasons was stabbed by the suspect with a knife. Victim
sustained stab wounds to his left side of his body and was immediately brought
to Goa Municipal Infirmary for medical treatment but later transferred to Bicol
Medical Center in Naga City. Suspect fled to unknown direction after the
incident. Elements of Goa MPS conducted follow-up investigation and hot-pursuit

Stabbing Incident.:
Bato, Camarines Sur ---- At about 12:00 midnight of January 1,
2014 at Zone 7 Brgy San Rafael, Bato, Camarines Sur a stabbing incident
transpired. Initial investigation conducted by Bato PNP disclosed that on the above cited date, time and place
victim Nelson Tuyay y Mustera, 42 years old, married, pedicab driver
of Zone 7 Brgy San Rafael, Bato, Camarines Sur while infront of their house for
unknown reasons suspect identified as Premitivo
Lamboson y Tuyay, more or less 35-38 years old, of Zone 7 Brgy San Rafael,
Bato, Camarines Sur stabbed the victim with a bolo several times. Victim
sustained stab wounds to the different parts of his body and was immediately
brought at Rinconada Medical Center, Nabua, Cam, Sur for medical treatment.
Suspect fled to unknown direction after the incident. Elements of Bato MPS
conducted follow-up investigation and hot-pursuit operation for the possible

At about 1:00AM of January 1, 2014 at Brgy Divino Rostro, Bato, Camarines Sur,
team led by SPO3 Francisco A Portugal, arrested the person of Bobby Condat y Sta Ana, 24 years old,
married of Brgy Divino Rostro, Bato, Camarines Sur by virtue of warrant of
arrest issued by Hon. Judge Salve Q. Villareal-Dimabayao, Presiding Judge, RTC
Branch 35, Iriga City, Camarines Sur under CRIMINAL
CASE NR. IR-10160 for PHYSICAL
INJURIES IN RELATION TO RA 9262 with recommended bail of three thousand
pesos (Php 3,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Subject person is now under the
custody of Buhi MPS for proper disposition. Warrant of Arrest was personally

Iriga
City ------ At about 4:30 AM of January 01, 2014 at Zone-3, Brgy San Agustin,
Iriga City, victim RAFAEL SAMARITA y
CABARLES, 31 years old, married, carpenter of Zone-6 of same barangay while
having drinking spree with the suspect REY
CABARLES y AMOROSO, 25 years old, single, construction worker and a
resident of Zone-3 of same place together with their cousins inside the compound
of Gina Cabarles of aforementioned place when suddenly a heated arguments
ensued between the duo due to misunderstanding that led the suspect to stab the
victim’s forehead and back and subsequently fled to unknown direction. Victim
was rushed to Our Lady of Mediatrix hospital but was transferred to Bicol
Medical Center, Naga City for further medical attention. Personnel
of Iriga CPS conducted hot pursuit operation for possible apprehension of the suspect but to no avail. (Iriga

City ------ At about 5:00 AM of
January 01, 2014 at Zone 5, Brgy. Francia, Iriga City, SPO3 Rey B Guevara,
Court Processes Server of Iriga CPS arrested the person of JOHN JULIAN TUCIO, 22 years old, single, a resident of
aforementioned place by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. MANUEL M.
ROSALES, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 34, Iriga City, dated August 22, 2013 for
the crime of FRUSTRATED HOMICIDE docketed under Criminal Case No. IR-10253 and
Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. ROGELIO LL. DACARA, Presiding Judge RTC Branch
37, Iriga City for ROBBERY docketed under Criminal Case. No. IR-10348 dated
November 26, 2013. The bail for his temporary liberty were fixed at Twenty Four
Thousand Pesos (Php 24,000.00) and Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 40,000.00),
respectively. Accordingly, subject person
while being arrested who, is heavily under the influence of liquor suddenly
drew his improvised handgun from his back waist to shoot the arresting police
officer prompting him to shoot and hit at the lower portion of his body and
sustained gunshot wound. Recovered from the crime scene is an improvised
handgun loaded with a dud ammunition of caliber .357. Subject person was
rushed to Doña Josefa Foundation Hospital, Iriga City and later was transferred
to Bicol Medical Center, Naga City for further medical treatment. (Iriga City

Libmanan,
Cam. Sur ----At about 6:00 AM of January 01, 2014 in Brgy Tampuhan, Libmanan,
Cam. Sur, victim Seam Septimo y Doe,
37 years old, married of aforesaid place, due to heated arguments was stabbed
by the suspect Vicente Baliza y Quitales,
60 years old, single of same place. Victim sustained stab wound on the right
portion of his wrist and was rushed to Sipocot District Hospital for medical
treatment. Suspect was arrested by the barangay officials and tanods of said
barangay and subsequently turned-over to
Libmanan MPS for proper disposition. Appropriate charge is being prepared

Found dead person
Sipocot, Cam. Sur --- At
about 3:30 AM of January 01, 2014 in Brgy Serranzana, Sipocot, Cam. Sur, one
Apolonio Nasol y Caballero, 69 years old, single and a resident of aforesaid
barangay was found lifeless few meters away from his residence. Victim’s body
now lies at Sta. Rita Funeral Homes in San Juan Ave., Brgy North Centro,
Sipocot, Cam. Sur . Further, request for post-mortem examination was made by
Sipocot MPS before the Rural Health Unit of said municipality to determine the

Incident involving a Minor
Siruma, Cam. Sur----- At about
1:00 AM of January 01, 2014 in Brgy Cabugao, Siruma, Cam. Sur victim “mario” a 16 years old, 3rd
year High School student and a resident of Brgy Vito, Siruma, Cam. Sur
while sleeping inside the residence
of Magellan Del Castillo
of aforementioned place was shot with unknown caliber of firearm by the
suspects Joseph Sinogba y Dela Cruz
and Bongbong Dela Cruz y Doe aka “ASERO,
both of legal age and both residents of Brgy Cabugao, Siruma, Cam.
Sur.. Initial investigation conducted by Siruma PNP, disclosed that the
real target of the suspects was Magellan Del Castillo but unfortunately hit the
victim minor. Motive of the incident was due to old grudge. Victim was rushed
to Tinambac Infirmary Hospital and later transferred to Bicol Medical Center,
Naga City for medical treatment. Suspects fled right after the incident. Elements
of Siruma MPS are still conducting follow-up operation for possible apprehension

Hacking Incident.
Buhi,
Cam. Sur --- At about 5:20 PM of January 01, 2014 at Zone-2, Brgy San Isidro,
Buhi, Cam. Sur, a hacking incident transpired. Initial investigation conducted
by Buhi PNP disclosed that on the said time, date and place victim Pablito Pajenago y Siguenza, about 70
years old, married and a resident of aforementioned place who was believed to
be under the influence of liquor went at the Sabinorio’s residence at Zone-2 of
said barangay to confront Zaldy Sabinorio y Bueno, brother of the suspect Francisco Sabinorio y Bueno, 30 years
old, married of said barangay and while thereat had a heated arguments which
prompted PABLITO to pick a large stone and strike Zaldy but he (Zaldy) evaded.
Upon seeing the incident, suspect FRANCISCO came to aid of his brother as he
immediately took a bolo and hacked the victim for several times. Victim
sustained hack wounds on the head and was rushed in the hospital somewhere in
Iriga City for medical treatment while suspect was arrested by the barangay
offiials of said place and subsequently turmed-over to Buhi MPS for proper
disposition. Appropriate charge is being prepared by Buhi

Traffic Accident.
Libmanan, Camarines
Sur ---- At about 6:25 PM of January 01,
2014 along Maharlika Highway in Brgy. Mambulo Nuevo Libmanan, Camarines Sur, a
southbound colored blue Toyota Vios 1.3E Sedan, bearing plate no. VEV-617, covered
with C.R. no. 12996837-0 under O.R. no. 355340226, registered in the name of
Remedios Soriano Santonia of # 28 P. Santos Ave., Bagumbayan, Naga City and driven
by EDGAR SANTONIA Y LLUDER, 57 year
old, married, holder of Non-PDL # E04-08-001452, also of same place while
negotiating the said road incidentally bumped a bicycle rider named, ROBERTO AMISOLA Y ARTANA, 58
years, old, married of Brgy.Mambulo Nuevo of said municipality who suddenly
darted on the said road. As a result thereof, victim sustained injuries on the
body and was rushed to Bicol Medical Center, Naga City for medical treatment
while the said driver was voluntarily surrendered to Libmanan MPS. Likewise, structural
damaged on the aforesaid vehicle as well as the bicycle in still undetermined

Zone-1 of said barangay by virtue of Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. ROGELIO
LL DACARA, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 37, Iriga City, dated April 11, 2011 for
Violation of Sec. 5e (2) of RA 9262 docketed under Criminal Case No. IR-9374

Stabbing Incident
Lupi, Cam. Sur ---- At
about 6:00 PM of January 01, 2014 in Brgy Cabutagan, Lupi, Cam. Sur, victim Nilo Natividad y Morcilla, 30 years
old, married, laborer and a resident of aforesaid place, due to heated
arguments that led to a fistfight was stabbed three (3) times on the chest by
the suspect Ivan Fulgencio y Sta. Ana,
18 years old, single of same place.
Victim was rushed to Sipocot District Hospital for
medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending
physician. Suspect voluntarily surrendered to Lupi MPS. Likewise,
recovered/found at the crime scene is the weapon used by the suspect and same
was under the custody of said station for proper disposition. Appropriate charge is being prepared

Tinambac, Cam. Sur ----
At about 12:00 noon of January 01, 2013 in Brgy Salvacion-Poblacion, Tinambac,
Cam. Sur, victim Ramel Terelios y
Reodique, 22 years old, married and a resident of Sitio Sogod, Bgy. Tierra
Nevada, Tinambac, Cam. Sur while having drinking spree with several companions
at the house of a certain Nerisa of aforesaid place and without any apparent
reason was stabbed with a fan knife by suspect Mary Ann Kristine Libunao y Ruelo, 26 years old, single of
same place for several times causing him
to sustain stab wound in the body and was rushed to Tinambac Infirmary Hospital
for medical treatment. Suspect was apprehended by the responding policemen of
Tinambac MPS and presently in the custody of said station for proper
disposition. A case for Frustrated Homicide was already filed
against the suspect at the Provincial Prosecution Office, Naga City docketed

Accident.
Ocampo, Cam. Sur ----
At about 4:40 PM of January 1, 2014 along JT Fuentebella Highway in Brgy Pinit,
Ocampo, Cam. Sur, a vehicular transpired. Initial investigation conducted by
Ocampo PNP disclosed that on the said time, date and place a tricycle powered
by Honda Barako 175 motorcycle with plate number EQ 1098 driven by Alvino Cornelio y Belen, 54 years old,
married holder of PDL number EO4-08-003504 expires on 2014-03-02, with his wife
Marilyn Cornelio y Bogayan, 52 years old, married, Krisel Benasa y Cornelio, 20
years old, single residents of Brgy Pacol, Naga City, and Jose Guevara y Mora,
32 years old, married, Joy Guevara y Satur, 35 years old, and Joy Guevara y
Satur, residents of Brgy Cagmanaba said municipality while travelling from Brgy
May-Ogob, Ocampo, Cam. Sur going to Pacol, Naga City and upon reaching the
aforesaid place of incident was bumped by a tricycle powered by Honda Wave
motorcycle with plate number ET 8851 and driven by a certain Labuy Cotante (TNU). As a result
thereof, driver Alvin Cornelio and his companions suffered physical injuries on
their bodies and were rushed to Ocampo District Hospital for medical treatment
and later transferred to Mother Seton Hospital, Naga City for further medical
assistance. Likewise, suspect Labuy Cotante who has under the influence of
liquor fled after the incident. Further, both vehicles involved are presently under
the custody of Ocampo MPS for proper disposition. Ocampo MPS conducted

Vehicular Accident.:
Lagonoy, Camarines
Sur ---- At about 7:08 PM of January 01, 2014, a vehicular accident transpired
along Gov. Fuentebella Highway in Brgy. Camagong, Lagonoy, Camarines Sur
wherein a Kawasaki Fury motorcycle bearing plate number 5218 EO, registered to Jay
R Mark Agustin y Palma of Brgy San Roque, Lagonoy, Cam. Sur and driven by Marzan Villaver y Palma, 27 years old,
married of Brgy. San Rafael of said municipality, without driver’s license and
with backriders spouses Gilbert Villaver y Palma and Gilda Sabas y Mistula,
also of Brgy. San Rafael while travelling towards San Jose, Cam. Sur and upon
reaching the aforesaid place of incident hit/bumped the rear portion of a private
tricycle, bearing plate number EM 4750, registered to and driven by Connie Plaza y Primavera, 45 years old,
married, a resident of Brgy. Camagong, San Jose, Camarines Sur, holder of PDL
number EO4-90-025871, to expire on 2016-11-02, with his wife and sons as
passengers while travelling in same direction. As a result thereof, said
tricycle over-turned and crashed onto the road causing the driver and
passengers to suffer injuries while the Kawasaki motorcycle also crashed near
the side barricade of the road causing its driver and backriders to suffer also
injuries. All of the above-mentioned drivers and passengers were rushed to
Partido District Hospital for medical treatment. Likewise, both vehicles
incurred damages of still undetermined amount and were brought to Lagonoy MPS
for proper disposition. Further, Marzan Villaver was positively under the
influence of liquor during the incident. Lagonoy
MPS conducted investigation regarding the incident. (Lagonoy PNP)
