San Jose Police receives commendation
San Jose, Camarines Sur --- Deserving PNP personnel of San Jose
MPS headed by PSI ELEZALDY C CALINGACION, OICincluding the members of Santa
Cops from the five municipalities of this district 4, receives certificates of
commendations from Hon. Antonio B Chavez, municipal Mayor of San Jose,
Camarines Sur during the Flag Raising Ceremony last 8:15AM of January 6, 2014.
Three (3) certificates of commendation were awarded for their invaluable
services rendered during the following activities, checkpoints conducted on the
different chokepoints that resulted to the apprehension of several out of line
vehicles plying in the AOR, security provided to the municipal employees in
enforcing the existing municipal ordinances at some area in the AOR and
maintenance of peace and order during the celebration of Christmas and New

Vehicular Accident
Ragay,
Camarines Sur ---- At about 3:05PM of January 6, 2014 along Rolando
Andaya Highway, Brgy Lower Sta. Cruz, Ragay, Camarines Sur a vehicular accident
transpired. Initial investigation disclosed that on the above cited date, time
and place a traveling northbound Honda TMX motorcycle with MC plate nr. EU-2409
with engine nr. KB50504407194E and chassis nr. KB505-044-047194being driven
byHermes Andrade y Azarcon, 38 years old, married of Brgy Cabugao, Ragay,
Camarines Sur. (PDL Nr. EO4-07-004084) upon reaching the place of incident was
bumped by a southbound tricycle powered by Honda TMX with MC plate 1408-EJ with
engine nr. KB509E009253 and chassis nr. KB509009239 being driven by Nestor
Postre y Paniel, 34 years old, married of Brgy Upper Sta Cruz, Ragay, Camarines
Sur. Both involved drivers of said motorcycle sustained physical injuries and
were rushed at Ragay District Hospital for medical treatment. While said
motorcycles incurred damages of still undetermined amount and were brought at
Ragay MPS for further disposition.Elements of Ragay MPS responded and conducted

Traffic Accident
Ragay,
Camarines Sur ---- At about 5:05PM of January 6, 2014 along Provincial
Road of Brgy Amomokpok, Ragay, Camarines Sur a traffic accident transpired.
Initial investigation disclosed that on the above cited date, time and place
victim Noel Ben Nipay y Diria, 16 years old, minor of Brgy Amomokpok, Ragay,
Camarines Sur while playing hanging on the branches of Acasia trees of said
road accidentally hit his left leg by an oncoming tricycle powered by Yamaha
STX with MC plate 3881-WH with engine nr. 34C2016302 and chassis nr 34C2016595
being driven by Rodrigo Enaldo y Severo, 49 years old, married of Poblacion,
Ilaod, Ragay, Camarines Sur. (PDL Nr. EO4-08-003459). Victim sustained physical
injuries and was brought at Ragay District Hospital for medical treatment but
was advised to transfer to Bicol Medical Center in Naga City for proper medical
attention. While driver of said tricycle were brought at said station for proper

Tinambac,
Camarines Sur--- At about 5:30PM of January 6, 2014 an information was
received by Tinambac MPS that there was an abandoned good lumber at Brgy
Mananao, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Upon verification of the report elements of
Tinambac MPS proceeded at said place together with Brgy Capt. Nicolas Belo of
the aforementioned barangay and recovered seventy four (74) pcs of assorted
abandoned good lumber of different dimensions and one (1) unit chain saw
without serial number and same was brought at said station for further disposition.Elements

Fire Incident
Pasacao, Camarinas Sur ---- At
about 9:30 PM of January 06, 2014 at Zone-7, Brgy Caranan, Pasacao, Cam. Sur, a
fire incident transpired. Initial investigation disclosed that on the said
date, time and place, the shed house owned by Jesus Atacador, Small warehouse
owned by Pedro Perez which is made of light materials, Eatery shed house owned
by Ricky Lañada and Eatery shed house owned by Christian Atacador were razed by
fire which originated on the dirty kitchen of Ricky Lañada’s Eatery and quickly
spread on the above-cited properties. Fire was declared fire-out after an hour
by BFP Pasacao and BFP Pamplona and no injuries reported. Estimated cost of
damage is MOL One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 110,000.00).BFP of

Report on Abandoned Sawn Lumber
Goa, Camarines Sur
---- At about 3:00 PM of January 06, 2014, telephone call was
received by Goa MPS from BASIL CEASAR CAMBA, Assistant Supervisor of DENR Goa
and requested for police assistance regarding the abandoned sawn lumbers found
in Brgy Abucayan, Goa, Camarines Sur. Immediately,
team led by P02 Georgette P. Caritos, Intel PNCO together with the personnel of
DENR Goa led by Electo Cajot proceeded at the aforesaid place to verify the
reported information. Upon arrival thereat, team visibly saw fifty-four (54)
pieces of sawn lumber of unknown species approximately Five Hundred Four (504)
board feet. Said abandoned sawn lumbers were brought to DENR Goa for proper

Recovered Abandoned Lumber

about 7:20 PM of January 06, 2014, information received by Baao MPS from
a concerned citizen informing that there were piled of lumbers found at Sitio
Liboton, Brgy Buluang, Baao, Cam. Sur. Immediately, elements of Baao MPS led by
PI ENGELBERT L TORALDO, DCOP proceeded to the aforesaid place to verify the
reported information. Upon arrival thereat, team visibly saw twenty-five (25)
pieces of lumbers with different sizes and dimensions believed to be abandoned
by unidentified owner. Said abandoned lumbers were brought to Baao MPS and will

Lifeless person found hanging
Iriga City---At about 9:00 PM of January
7, 2014, at Guevara St., San Juan, Iriga City, one Ryan Vargas y Lozano, 32
years old, married and a resident of aforesaid place was discovered lifeless by
his wife Fracille Tanay-Vargas inside their printing shop located beside their
residence hanging with a rope lope on his neck. Victim was rushed to Lourdes
Hospital, Iriga City but was pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending
